It has been a long time since I have blogged. We have been busy and sick for the past 3 months. I started a part time job along with my full time job at the end of January so that has taken a lot of my time. Here is what we have been up to.
January: The start of 2010 I can't believe that it is 2010 and that I will have be graduated for 10 years where did the time go. At the end of January B's hero came to the energy solution center so of course we had to go watch Lebron "James" play ball so Desmond could see the man that he got his middle name from. In his 5 months Desmond has learned to roll over front and back and we have learned he doesn't like his tummy to much.
February: The month of love. For Valentines B was so sweet I had to work that day and so he got Desmond ready for the day picked up the house and then Desmond and him went and bought me 2 shirts and a dozen roses. He is so sweet to me. He then took me to dinner at the Olive Garden. It was a great day. Desmond had his 6 month check up. He weighted 18.6 and 27 and 1/2 inches long putting him at 50% in his weight and 95% in height. I guess it true what they say like father like son cause he is tall and skinny. Dr Wall also gave me the go ahead to feed Desmond baby food it was an experience to do that the first time. He had more on his face then he did in his mouth. Desmond has been learning to sit up and we learned he LOVES his bouncer that my sister in law Jess let me barrow it is a life savior I can put him in it and he will jump for hours letting me get my house clean and keeping himself entertained while I am calling my clients. We also went and seen B's really good friend at the hospital it was so good to see him and his positive attitude about getting better. Our prayers and with you Cody. B and I started P90x and we were so good for 3 weeks doing it every night.
March: This month so far has been a month of sickness. The first week all three of us got colds. It started with Desmond getting a runny nose then he started coughing so hard he would throw up. It was so sad to watch. Then B started getting sick with a soar throat and runny nose then I got it. So there went the fourth week for P90x. So we tried the next week to start up again and I got sick again Monday March 8 I woke up for work and was getting ready for work and almost passed out twice. So I stayed home with dizzy spells, soar throat, and a runny nose. Then I was fine the next two days and on Wednesday night I went to bed at 11:00 pm waking up with cold chills and in the bathroom for every hour on the hour praising the toilet from 1:00 am to 7:00 am Thursday. I have never been so sick. I got better and on Saturday B got it. We did manage to go to our niece Whitney's 1st birthday party so much fun. Happy Birthday sweet girl we love you. We then made our way to Sanpete to see our family and my poor grandma Nunley got sick. Whatever this stuff is SUCKS. We are all better now thank goodness. Desmond is 7 months were did the last 7 months go? He is sitting up by himself rolling everywhere and we are trying to teach him to crawl. I can't believe how fast they grow up I swear it was just yesterday I was waking B up to tell him he was going to be a dad. We have loved every minute of being parents and we have the best baby. He goes to bed at 9:30 pm and gets up at 10: 00 am it is so nice. He is always happy and smiling he is so even tempered I know he got that from his dad.
